Golden Dream Draw complies fully with all applicable requirements.

4. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER

4.1 Competitions are open to legal residents of the United Kingdom only, who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

4.2 The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter any Competition: Employees, directors, officers, agents, or contractors of Golden Dream Draw; Members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household of any person described above; Any person who has been disqualified from previous competitions operated by the Company; Any person who is under 18 years of age; Any person residing outside of the United Kingdom.

4.3 By entering a Competition, you confirm that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements.

5. HOW TO ENTER β€” PAID ENTRY

5.1 To enter a Competition via a paid ticket, participants must first hold a registered account with Golden Dream Draw. Account registration requires the successful completion of the Skill Question, as set out in Section 6. Once a valid account is held, participants may purchase tickets as follows: Visit the official Golden Dream Draw website; Select the Competition they wish to enter; Choose the number of tickets they wish to purchase (subject to per-Competition limits); Confirm their registered account details at checkout; Complete the checkout process and make payment in full.

5.2 A Competition entry (ticket) is only valid upon receipt of full payment by a participant who holds a valid registered account. Account registration is contingent upon the correct completion of the Skill Question (see Section 6). Entries made by unregistered individuals or accounts created with an incorrect Skill Question answer will be deemed invalid and will not be entered into the Draw.

5.3 Entries are non-transferable. Tickets may not be resold, gifted, or transferred to another person once purchased.

5.4 There is no limit to the number of tickets a participant may purchase per Competition unless stated otherwise on the Competition page. Maximum ticket limits, where applied, will be clearly displayed.

5.5 All entries must be received by the Closing Date as advertised. Entries received after the Closing Date will be void and any payment made will be refunded in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

6. THE SKILL QUESTION AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

6.1 In order to participate in any Competition operated by Golden Dream Draw, all participants are required to create a registered account. As part of the account registration process, each applicant must correctly answer a Skill Question. Only applicants who provide a correct answer to the Skill Question will be granted a valid registered account and thereby qualify to enter Competitions.

6.2 The Skill Question is designed to require genuine knowledge or reasoning ability to answer correctly. The question is presented during the account registration process, and applicants must answer it without assistance from automated tools or third parties. The specific Skill Question in use at any given time will be displayed on the registration page of the Company's website. The Company reserves the right to change the Skill Question at any time in accordance with clause 6.5, provided that any new question continues to require genuine skill or knowledge to answer correctly.

6.3 Applicants who provide an incorrect answer to the Skill Question during registration will not be granted a valid account and will not be permitted to purchase Competition tickets until they successfully complete a new registration with a correct answer. No charge is made for account registration.

6.4 The Skill Question must be answered independently and personally by the applicant. Use of automated tools, AI systems, scripts, or third-party assistance to determine or submit the correct answer is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and disqualification from all Competitions.

6.5 The Company reserves the right to update the Skill Question periodically. Existing account holders will be notified of any such change and may be required to re-confirm their Skill Question answer in order to maintain account validity. This measure is taken to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable UK competition law.

7. TICKET PRICING AND PAYMENT

7.1 The price of each ticket is displayed clearly on the Competition page prior to purchase. Prices include VAT where applicable.

7.2 Accepted methods of payment include major credit and debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

7.3 Golden Dream Draw does not store payment card details. All payments are processed by an authorised payment processor.

7.4 Receipts will be issued by email to the address provided at the time of purchase. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that a valid email address is provided.

8. THE DRAW PROCESS

8.1 Once a Competition closes, all valid entries (i.e. entries made by holders of valid registered accounts, with confirmed payment) will be entered into the Draw.

8.2 The Draw will be conducted using a verifiably random selection process. Where possible, draws will be conducted live and the process recorded for transparency.

8.3 The Draw will take place on the date announced on the Competition page, or as soon as practicable thereafter.

8.4 The Company reserves the right to extend a Competition's Closing Date if insufficient tickets are sold to cover the cost of the Prize. In such circumstances, participants will be informed and may request a refund.

8.5 If a Competition is cancelled due to insufficient entries, all participants will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase price within 14 working days.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT

9.1 The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the Draw via the email address or telephone number provided at the time of entry.

9.2 The winner may also be announced publicly on our website and social media channels. By entering the Competition, participants consent to such announcement, which may include their first name and county of residence.

9.3 The prize will be fulfilled within fourteen (14) calendar days of the winner being confirmed and verified. This includes successful completion of any required identity verification.

9.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the Draw, or fails to respond to communications, or fails to complete required verification, the Company reserves the right to conduct a re-draw and award the Prize to an alternative winner.

9.5 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items, unless stated otherwise on the Competition page. The Company reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in exceptional circumstances.

9.6 Physical prizes will be delivered by tracked and insured postal or courier service to UK addresses only. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once dispatch has been confirmed.

10. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

10.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a right of cancellation in respect of online purchases. However, because Competition entries are time-limited, your right to cancel expires at the earlier of: (a) 14 days from purchase, or (b) the Closing Date of the Competition.

10.2 To request a refund before the Closing Date, contact us at contact@goldendreamdraw.uk with your order reference number. Refund requests will be processed within 5 working days.

10.4 If a Competition is cancelled or voided by the Company for any reason, all valid paid entries will be refunded in full within 14 calendar days.

10.5 Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

11. POSTAL TICKET DELIVERY

11.1 Upon successful purchase of a ticket, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address containing the participant's unique ticket number(s).

11.2 Participants may also request a physical confirmation letter to be sent to their registered UK postal address. This service is provided free of charge and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

11.3 Physical confirmation letters are sent via Royal Mail Second Class post. The Company accepts no responsibility for letters that are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post. The ticket reference number contained in the confirmation email remains the definitive proof of entry.

11.4 In the event of any discrepancy between a physical letter and the electronic ticket record, the electronic record held by Golden Dream Draw shall be deemed authoritative.

12. CONDUCT AND DISQUALIFICATION

12.1 The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: Provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information at the point of entry; Is found to have entered on behalf of another person without authorisation; Attempts to manipulate the Draw, the selection process, or the operation of any Competition; Uses automated or mechanical entry methods; Acts in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or offensive towards Company staff or other participants; Breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

12.2 In the event of disqualification, no refund will be issued.

13.6 The Company does not accept responsibility for postal entries lost, delayed, or damaged in the mail. It is strongly recommended that participants retain proof of postage.

13.7 The cost of postage for free postal entries is the sole responsibility of the participant.
